For Jacob, art is both a personal practice and a way to give back. Through the donation of original artworks to fundraising auctions, he supports charitable causes and community-led initiatives, including organizations such as the V Foundation and Garden Of Dreams Foundation.
As Trouba explains, “Art has become a way for me to give back. If something I create can help support a cause or make a difference for someone else, that matters to me.”
The Art Of The Body Check: Hockey Fights Cancer.
The ultimate defensive move on the ice is Jacob Trouba’s paintbrush off the ice. In December of 2025, His Body Check painting raised funds for Hockey Fights Cancer powered by the V Foundation, presented by AstraZeneca.
